Amanda Laidlaw

Amanda Laidlaw graduated from Michigan State University (Spartans!) with a BS in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry.  She also holds an Ed.M. in Policy, Planning, and Administration from Boston University.

Amanda taught biology and chemistry in Peabody, Massachusetts for three years before returning to her home state.  She has now taught Chemistry and Advanced Placement Biology for eight years at John Glenn High School in Westland, Michigan.

Amanda enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and attending MSU football games.  She and her husband have an amazing toddler named Max.  He, too, enjoys movies and football, but mostly enjoys milk and reading.
